laser cutting and welding
it is possible to produce parts with contours, which
hasn't been possible to do before, except for methods as thread/spark-machine or
punching,
which both are more expensive and slower.
Materials that otherwise are difficult to process, such as stainless steel/acid proof steel, thick steel, hardened materials, aluminium, brass/bronze, titanium, plastics/acrylic glass and wood/paper are quickly and easily processed. Normally are the parts free from burrs and can save several other processes. We can also cut tubes!
We are specialized in products that require advanced CAD/CAM, for instance parts with complex contours, such as designed products, logos, etc. We can receive 3D-drawings in solid-format.
Sometimes we get to make products that originally doesn't fit our production machinery by various reasons, why we simply reconstruct our machines or make an appropriate fixative. This is easy, thanks to our flexible cutting and welding cell, which we have constructed by ourselves. We have several years of experience in this field from the basics to the 'cutting edge', which is of benefit for our customers.
Laser welding is a revolutionary technology! Our in-house made laser machine has been designed to a maximum of flexibility and has capacity for laser welding, which is considered as being a technique that will increase in the future.
